"Dirty towels on the corridor floor for at least 20 hours. Room carpet badly stained. Room smelt musty and was tired and poorly equipped. Key cards kept failing and had to be reprogrammed. Communal areas were grim and unwelcoming. A very depressing stay despite the staff trying to be helpful. "

"I was genuinely impressed with my stay here. I had a night layover in London, which included flying into Heathrow and out of Stanton. As a frequent traveler, I just needed a nice, quiet, convenient place to stay for one night. This hotel fit the bill. And the price was great too! The staff at the front desk are very friendly. You can tell they genuinely enjoy their jobs. The rooms are simple, but really nice and comfortable. I was amazed with just how quiet the hotel was— based on proximity to the STN airport and all. They also have a restaurant on-site which is a must, being there’s only a few fast food options nearby. I would definitely stay here again. ."
