I usually check places very carefully and was unaware that there are steps leading up to the hotel, and then steps up to the room, and no one was there to assist with getting baggage up. Restaurant was only open for breakfast, and there was no laundry service on site. Just little things that might have made me book elsewhere had I known. "

"Centrally located. Bright and cheerful with two amazing roof patios and full shared kitchen. We received a warm welcome upon our arrival. The only complaint was that the hot water wasn’t available when we arrived and, even once it was turned on, was warm rather than hot for our shower. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking to be in the centre of the old town."
