"The staff was extremely helpful, the pool and hot tub was beautiful and the property overall was quite comfortable."

"Clean and new, but suddenly without warning the water is off for hours, and when it came back on it was brown for hours. The pool was closed for the whole 4 days we were here, and nominee seems to know why. Staff seemed clueless. There was a happy hour wine/beer thing and one might expect chips or nuts or Chex mix or crackers, but the snack served was mashed potatoes and gravy. Would not recommend. Unless you like mashed potatoes and gravy with your beer."

"This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again."

"The Residence Inn was wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the front desk food and snack selection was poor with much of the shelf space empty. The gym was adequate however for the size of the hotel, the gym was very small with only 3 pieces of equipment, an adjustable bench snd and a dumbbell set. The jacuzzi was great the outdoor pool nice. Finally, breakfast was excellent with eggs, waffles ( only on weekends?! ), oatmeal, grits, and rotating hot food. And it was a pleasant short walk to the Villages in SanDestin. The coffee was excellent. I would definitely rate this an excellent place to stay."

"The breakfast here has been one of the bests free hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The beach was 3-5 mins walking distance it was AMAZING. The outlet was also walking distance! Staff was friendly. The place overall was very modern and clean. Will be back again soon!"

"Stay was great overall. Easy access to the beach and loved the shuttle service. The only downside was how they said it was a breakfast buffet available for additional charge. I paid the extra fee for the amount of my stay but, to find out it was not buffet style it was à la carte. It was still good with great service from the hotel staff. Just giving others a full disclosure on this."
