There were a lot of thoughtful touches - separate towels for the beach/hot tub and showering, little toiletry bags in case you had forgotten something, sparkling cider and cake pops from a local bakery when we checked in, etc. The space itself feels large and bright, and the backyard is lovely. "To start I got a welcome message offering an early check in. Which I immediately asked for and was denied. I was deceived by the picture of the hot tub. Property manager will not turn on the hot tub which is controlled remotely. The water was freezing. She offered to refund my money and said that it is stated in the advertising.
