"Hello I booked the room through hotels.com and the price included breakfast but at the hotel we were told price does not include breakfast and it is not their problem.but it id hotels.com problem. The most important thing no heat the first night and we were cold and had second night little heat.Evreything is so poorly organized this hotel. We arrived the hotel at 1pm. Noone was at the hotel. "Charming hotel right in the middle of Old Sarajevo. It’s a bit difficult to get to by car because the street isn’t drivable but road and tram access close by. Dining and markets right out the front door. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator though so one thing to be aware of. Staff super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. "

"The host came to greet us and helped us with the check-in. The space is very spacious for the 3 of us, but there are enough beds for 6 (though only 1.5 bathrooms). Great location as it is walking distance from the old town and places of interest. The building has a lift too. We loved this homely space - it is our favourite accommodation this trip. Thank you! "

"I was fortunate enough to stay at the Pansion River and it was great. it is in a good location and has a fantastic view from its balcony and restaurant terrace. It was very quiet when I was there and I think we were the only ones staying there. Its a little tired in places but the charm outweighs this. "

"It was really interesting as Google Maps took us to the back entrance. It felt like this little hole-in-the-wall hotel. When we went inside it was beautiful. It was clean.
