"not bad for an overnight stay, the pool is clean, the staff is fine but not that considerate, there's 4 of us with an add on, i requested for 4 sets of toiletries, she only gave me 2 sets, the food is good but not worth the price., other than that its fine. "

"The hotel staff are all confused and unprofessional ! In the web site of the hotel, it says, checkin starts at 8 am (due to early arrivals of boats from the islands), but at 9:30 am we were told that the earliest check in would start at 2 pm! We also had two rooms reserved, but the front desk clerk told us that her paper work shows only one room! She had no computer to check the reservations from Expedia. We were forced to contact Expedia, ask them to send us two separate confirmations to show...

"Our stay in Surigao was absolute bliss!! Although this place is old and has been badly affected by typhoon Odette a couple of years ago and is still undergoing renovations. The location was gold! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Its location is in their famous Mabua Pebble Beach, Surigao City, and on the foot of a mountain and with some 300 steps you get the most amazing view.
It is also a fishing village and I've spent every night just watching the fishermen on their boats...

"I arrived checkin was good friendly staff. I got to the room was expecting a balcony like in the pic but no balcony. TV remote wouldnt turn on TV. TV chanels were terrible and you couldnt watch them anyway all snowy and fuzzy i couldnt watch TV. Wifi was so bad i ended up useing load on my phone. They seem to be having a fight with Expedia and they asked me to talk to Expedia i said its your problem and they said Expidea gave them my creditcard number im pretty angry for that because Expedia...
