"From the very beginning, the communication was excellent and we felt very welcomed. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The owners left us a hand-written note, which was a nice personal touch. There were snacks and drinks ready for us and everything in the instructions was accurate and easy to follow. "Although we realize it is off season up there, most everything was closed for maintenance which was not told to me until I called the morning of. We had to ask for passes to the Cliff Lodge Pool access to be included so we had something to do. They wanted to charge us for the passes, but eventually gave them at no charge."
