"Absolutely fantastic stay. The service was genuinely 10/10, but what really made this hotel special was the staff. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. You really got the sense that they were happy to see you and genuinely wanted to make sure you had a great stay. I arrived extremely late after a delayed flight, well beyond the normal check-in time, and they could not have been more helpful. They stayed up to make sure I could check in safely and had somewhere to stay that night, which I hugely appreciated. Itโ€™s that kind of service and kindness that makes a hotel memorable. A brilliant experience from start to finish, and the team deserve real recognition for how well they look after their guests. I wouldnโ€™t hesitate to stay here again."
