Owner and supporting staff are so friendly and caring. Though the location is a bit off from the downtown area of Hamilton, we pretty much enjoyed quiet and relaxing breeze. North shore is 5 min walk, and we enjoyed sunset and morning sunshine.

Great place to be

Roslyn was a wonderful host, very attentive and supportive. The apartment was impeccably clean, wifi worked well. We had to find our way around Bermuda, but once going, we figured out exactly how to best take advantage of the location of this residence.

Loved staying at this property. The only drawback was unaware of how far it was from the purpose of my trip - to visit family. There are no restaurants and public transportation is quite a way off. However, the owner is very helpful in setting up taxis and food delivery is available (or you can use the taxi and visit the grocery store and cook yourself in the fully equipped kitchen). I would recommend this guesthouse for its serenity - the pros outweigh the cons which are workable

If you would like to stay at a place where the main host is extremely rude, dismissive and unhelpful this is the place to stay in Bermuda. Roslyn seems to have the main intention of making your stay as unpleasant as possible. What you will find in many other reviews about Roslyn being rude and unhelpful is exactly my experience at this property. I would recommend paying more for another property rather than staying here. Roslyn ruined my Bermuda experience.

The facility is well kept and the grounds are quiet and neatly manicured. Ms. Anderson is the owner who made herself available upon our arrival and made certain that all needs were met during our entire visit.

This property is located near North Shore Road in Pembroke. It is in a beautiful location and is clean and well kept. It is a little far to walk into Hamilton to get a bus or ferry but taxis can be arranged for $10-12 each way. If you are young and active you can walk this in about 20 min. It is very steep hills. This was the perfect set up for my Aunt and I while visiting Bermuda searching for family history records.

Buena experiencia

Una buena experiencia. El hotel no está tan céntrico en Hamilton, pero está a unos 20 minutos caminando de la calle principal. El área es segura, tranquila. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas y tienen todo lo necesario para estadías largas, incluyendo refrigeradora, cocina completa, vajilla, área para comer y sala pequeña. Muy recomendable si alguien busca viajar por varios días a Bermuda y quiere evitar un gasto grande en los hoteles tradicionales

A quiet neighborhood

Very nice place to stay. Owner of the property took care of every request we made. They were in everyday to take care of room. It's in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy part of town. Highly recommended.
