"Very nice get away, even in off season, friendly and attentive staff, very clean."

"Before planning my trip to San Jose. I researched the best hotels in this town and this was the property which had the best reviews. However, there were a fee areas of our bathroom shower that needed attention (i.e., moldy and black caulkng around the shower door). Parking was sufficient and security satisfactory from my recent experience as a Balikbayan. Overall, the property is well maintained with courteous staff."

"Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere."

"-Pool is dirty, we decided not to swim. -There's no WiFi connection. -There's no breakfast for free even if you booked a family deluxe room online. -There's no officer in charge during Sundays so you can't speak with anybody who has much experience in management. Overall, I didn't get what I paid for. Totally dissatisfied. "

"The place is cozy and the service/reception is warm. The amenities such as pool and jacuzzi is fully operational notwithstanding that I was the only guest at that time. "Overall its ok. The place is at the heart of the city, near with everything you need. Our issue is that we stayed to relax and rest from our super busy work scheds and heavy workload but the staff are so noisy outside. We can hear loud chats of them. And the housekeepers are also so loud. Its so disturbing. One more thing is at the dining area where staff are so bagal. I think only one regular employee is assisting the guests. They rely mostly on I think immersion students/OJTs who are...
