"Lovely staff! Patient while I was lost and found them, a taxi driver gave me the wrong directions. They were kind and place was clean and easy to use."

"It was a great stay, the only thing that was disaapointing is that our room wasn’t ready by the checkin time :/. However, the staff was very friendly, the location was great, it’s super eco friendly, it’s pet friendly and offers late checkout. They even had umbrellas that you could borrow if it was raining, which is really thoughtful. Great location as well. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Was a bit far for Annecy Film festival, but bus was very close and ran frequently. Staff were helpful and room was very comfortable. Nice to have kitchen. Parking was small extra charge per day. "

"Great location as an easy walk from the train station and one square away from a long street of restaurants. Enjoy an excellent buffet breakfast with a view of a canal. Or sit and enjoy a glass of wine while you review your day. Stroll to the lake and take a boat ride ."

"The hotel is clean, pleasant, and good breakfast. Nearby has boutique shops, restaurants, bakeries, and farmers market on Saturday. Walking to train station."

"Staff were helpful, directed us to the (paid, reserved in advance) parking on arrival. Hotel is a pleasant 20 minute walk into Annecy around the edge of the lake. The room was adequate, not great. Breakfast seemed overpriced but there were bakeries nearby. There are other public carparks opposite the hotel which are free at certain days/times of the year. Bed was comfy and overall cleanliness was fine. A good option if you don't want to pay the excess to stay in the noisy centre of Annecy."

"The room at this hotel was great and the restaurant had great food and nice staff. The hallway lights did not come on at night so we had to walk down a long hallway with cell-phone lights. Reception could have been more pleasant but overall a nice place for one night driving through."

"Perfect for our overnight stay en route to skiing. Recommend booking a table for dinner and checking times for breakfast. "
