Oku-Aizu 3 Stars Hotels

"If you are looking to experience how Japanese travel, sleep on tatami rooms and eat a good selection of Japanese food. Then this hotel is a good choice. Your room includes a breakfast and dinner buffetes and most people wear the colorful yukata provided by the hotel. The property is a bit out of date but the public bath is quite nice. Transportation into the city is limited and taxi is about $20 USD"

"Good location for onset. Bathroom smellish and bed linen spotted. All the rest was in order. Staff very helpful. There is no shuttle service to downtown Aizu Wakamatsu."

"The place is very calm and quiet. Dinner is excellent. We were able to enjoy many different kind of local dishes. Private outdoor bath is perfect."

"囲炉裏で夕食が食べれるので、どこかの時代にタイムスリップしたような気分になりました。 朝食もあの場所で食べたかったですが、別の場所でした。 宿も歴史を感じる宿でした。 一緒に行った旦那もお食事、お風呂ともに喜んでいたので良かったです。 また機会があればいきたいと思います。"

"I really like the location of this hotel/onsen. It's right on the river and you can hear and view it as you soak in the onsen or as you're enjoying tea in your room. The staff tried their best to help us in english. Between that and Google we were able to figure things out. The only disappointment is that meals were included but we were never told that we had to reserve and same day reservations are not permitted. Unfortunately cause I had heard really good things about their restaurant. We had...
