"Double booked experience was not a good Was disappointed as we were so tired upon arrival and no room available. They could have been better system in place. They rebooked us to One Madison Place "

"This place is ideal if you are whole day away outside for tours and other businesses. I wont recommend this place if you will just stay inside all day long as their wifi is intermittent. Overall value for money is okay if you are in a tight budget exploring the city."

"Good breakfast but coffee and juices that were part of the breakfast fell short so we ordered those off the menu at an extra cost. The hotel is Conveniently Close to SM mall. Room was small so we upgraded to a large and clean room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a problem with a slow drain in the shower that they improved but it slowed again on our last day there. Overall, a pleasant stay. "

"Host could have towels provided upon request from tenants. Tenants should be able to obtain toiletries. Host would not answer phone ."
