"Great location with fantastic staff, room is *very* small, and lacks ammenities compared to what i expect, there's just hand soap and that's it. Not sure if this is normal or not, but every hotel I've been too has had toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, tea making facilities etc. Was kinda a bummer because it meant I had to go buy big bottles that I could only use once or twice."

"This hotel is a fantastic property located within walking distance from the Wengen train station. The view of the Alps from here is outstanding. We received excellent service during our stay. Daniel, the owner who represents the 5th generation of his family to run the hotel, is incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast offerings are exceptional and always fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation."

"I loved this hotel! It's beautiful, the people were very nice, and the rooms were lovely and clean. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was amazing and the view was even better. We also had dinner at the hotel since we couldn't find anywhere else to eat because there were no reservations available, which was fine with us because the food in the restaurant was great! my mom had the salad and the kraut salat tasted just how my oma made it so definitely has my seal of approval. "Super charming family run hotel. Building was built in 1906, I believe. Completely up-to-date inside. Our room was so clean I thought it was just renovated. I asked and it was not. Our room looked out at the mountains and train station which was just a short walk down the hill. Staff were all vary nice. I would highly recommend."

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is still within 10 minutes walk to the train station. The room is clean, with basic amenities. There is no refrigerator in the room but there is a shared one in the common kitchen. I did not give five stars only because my room has the smell of smoke. The hotel is a non-smoking one but previous guests seemed to have smoked in the room."

"I just traveled thru Switzerland with a high school buddy and his wife. They left the booking of hotels up to me and I booked us at the Jungfrau Hotel in Wilderswil. My intent was to take them to the Lauterbrunnen area, Schilthorn, Birg, Wengen & Murren. We were only there for 2 nights but it turned out to be great. They loved the hotel and I did as well. Easy walk from the train station. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Being from the states I like my bacon and eggs....

"Bus was every 30mins, a little bit of a walk from train station, not a lot of restaurant or store to choose from. Staff were very nice. It's an old hotel, bed and floor makes creaky sound. Understand no airconditioner so you open the window but staff smokes outside and it goes to your room. Breakfast was good! "
