"Good hotel for a one night stay. A little worn out in hallways and no lift but rooms comfortable and staff lovely. Good breakfast and all a good price. Across the road from the university so ideal for staying for events or other at the uni. Not far from M1 and easy to find"

"On arrival, my Sat Nav was unable to direct me to the entrance of the hotel. I have never been to Leicester before, so I called the reception for a few suggestions how to get into the car park. The receptionist, went above and beyond. She stayed with me on the phone (hands free kit) and guided me to the car park, and was so helpful and reassuring. Once I finally arrived, my son and I was greeted by the lovely friendly receptionist, who had guided me there, and another gentleman worker. Both...
