"Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. Paid extra for the breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it. Very limited breakfast and doesn't cater for majority of diets. Location was quite good as shops and markets were close by. "Resturant is really bad. No options to eat and very bad behaviour by the people at the restaurant. The hotel is really good. The only shortcoming is their restaurant which they should really try improving if they want to do better."

"If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. Complimentary pickup/dropoff service...

"I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was tasty with an excellent variety. The room was clean and I loved the lighting options which maybe sounds silly but after a long day it helped to wind down. Every staff I encountered was kind and helpful. The international plug was a nice surprise. Steps away are some food options and a convenience store. The property was close to the airport and away from the high traffic areas which is my preference during a vacation. "
