"Nice hotel, the oldest in Bacolod, but well maintained and upgraded. Restaurant was very good, great selection of dishes."

"Toilet seat missing, fighting roaches whole times, sink didnt work, walls thin hear everything, beds uncomfortable, No AirCon just fan, only one power outlet all the way by door, staff not overly friendly and i could do on but it was bad experiences. I endure 5-6hrs before i left."

"We went there to check in but per receptionist we do not have any bookings at all. I don't understand why there is none but if you want to check here is my booking# and you already charged my card! HUH! 72215764589852"

"The hotel was a great place to stay for the price. I would stay there again the future. "

"The eoom was really good. I always say there is room for improvement. The shower was full of calk but warm. Some of the shower head hole is blocked. No kettle and cups so dinky. I have seen ants and at one point the airconditioning was leaking. Toilet is functional but needs deep clean. And it could have been super. Very friendly Staff. "

"The hotel looks really run down and I felt I've been overcharged for it. Our room is outside reception, behind a bar. On our first night, people were playing pool, too noisy. On our second night, which is a Friday, a band played all night and the noise carried on until 5am. "
