"Best equipped condo we've ever stayed at, and we travel a lot. Beach gear including chairs, umbrella, ice chest, almost a dozen beach towels, incredibly well stocked kitchen. Great pool in the complex. Five stars on this one all around."

"The place was very dirty. When we arrived, there were many bugs in the room and on the last day we killed a cockroach inside. The property is great and with more attention to cleanliness, I would have given a much better review."

"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."
