"This hotel is beautiful and the only place to stay in Rivas. Room was comfortable, pool was amazing. The attached restaurant is only okay, level of customer service doesn’t match the hotel at all. Food was ok, but not great. "

"The staff here is SO friendly! Blanca helped to arrange some transportation with us and got us some great pricing. All of the staff is so accommodating and always smiling. It is safe and secure here. Beds are comfy and the pool is in a beautiful courtyard. Very close to everything you need and beautiful town! "

"La habitacion estaba super , la ubicacion tambien. La unica razon por cual puse 4 en ves de 5 es porque el restaurante es una decepcion. Con todos los lugares lindos que hay en granada, esta sala de comedor no da ganas de comer en el hotel en ningun tiempo de comida, es una lastima. Comimos desayuno y esta OK, ni bueno , ni malo. El personal es lindo, es un lindo hotel. Deberian pedir las llaves de los huespedes que se parquean porque casi perdimos nuestro ferry por estar bloqueado en el parqueo del hotel por otros carros, nadie sabia de quien eran estos carros que bloqueaban el mio y fue un poquito estresante sentir que no teniamos solucion. Tuvimos la suerte que justo el huesped aparecio pero se podria tener un mejor menejo de esto a futuro. "

"This hotel is changing management it seems (Feb 2026) so things like restaurant, beach equipment etc aren’t ready. But the setup is very pretty! There are some rooms down the hill which are really nice with patios. We were in the main building which was totally fine. Has AC, clean, bathroom works nicely. And there’s a communal patio with nice chairs and hammocks, plus a couple other little patios with chairs down the hill. There’s at least 3 Day Pass options within a quick walk too. A totally fine (if not thrilling) place to spend a night in Laguna de Apoyo."

"I can’t say enough good things about my stay. The location is fabulous. It’s a beautiful building. But what really stood out was the amazing staff. Every single person there knew me by name and we’re always so lovely and kind to me. I felt always at home and cared for. Everybody always went out of their way to make sure my stay was good and that I was having a good day. On my birthday they brought me a surprise cake and just really treated me so special. Housekeeping was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Their traditional breakfast is the best. I will miss them very much. It was a home away from home. Thank you for being such a wonderful host for me. I will treasure my time at your hotel. "
