"We enjoyed everything "

"The internet was very slow during our stay. There were no towels available at the pool area, which was disappointing. Additionally, many areas of the property, including the elevators, had a strong smell of marijuana. The elevators were extremely slow, and at checkout time, we decided to leave at 10 AM instead of the scheduled 11 AM checkout. Even then, we had to wait about 30 minutes for an elevator, and some were broken, which made the situation worse. Since our room was on the second floor, we ultimately had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs ourselves. Overall, these issues made our stay frustrating and inconvenient."

"Room smelled weird and was very dirty. Very outdated. Tried our best to “settle in” but things just felt off. It was late and we found a cockroach in the bathroom and knowing that; where there is one…there are more, we called the front desk immediately and they moved us very quickly to the highest floor and the room was a little bit cleaner, but still not great. This was our only option due to what time it was so we went to manager first thing in the next morning to request a full refund. We did have some back and forth since we booked through Expedia, but the manager at the resort, quickly approved the request, but was very unapologetic over the matter and just wanted us to be on our way. Expedia was quick and to refund after the manager approved. "

"Check-in involved a very long wait, which was frustrating right from the start. My stay was very disappointing overall. When I arrived in the room, the sheets were dirty, and I had to request cleaning and toiletries multiple times before anything was done. The fridge in the room didn’t work, and there was no microwave in the room. I only found out days later that there was a microwave in the main lobby building, which is something that should have been mentioned on the first day. The shower was also leaking badly—I had to use towels just to keep the floor dry. To make matters worse, I even found someone else’s false lashes on the floor in the room—completely unacceptable and very unhygienic. The room itself looked very old and felt more like a motel than a hotel. On top of that, the front desk did not answer the phones, and even basic amenities like the iron were not working. After third day they tidy the room only one side. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations. The only thing good is the location. "

"Yes Walmart neighborhood grocery store is nearby. Yes it felt pet friendly "

"I was highly disappointed in this resort. The rom was clean but smelled. Carpet definitely needs to be changed. Parking is horrible!!!! The only thing I can say was GREAT was the staff. Will not be returning"
