People in the hospitality business no longer listen nor care at all their customers. They prefer to lose a good customer than resolve the situation. For them, the culprit is always of the customer and the booking company... Most of the information about amenities and others things they offer or their room have are NOT TRUE. I didn't see them. Sorry not...
