French Pyrénées 3 Stars Hotels

"Perus huoneistohotelli. Sopii hyvin 4-henkiselle perheelle. Sängyt eivät ole kovin hyvät, mutta ihan ok. Asunnossa on kaikki mitä tarvitsee. Merenpuoleisten huoneiden edessä menee tie, mutta liikenne ei ollut häiritsevän kovaa. Parkkihalli ehdoton plussa. Hotellista on noin 10 minuutin mukava kävely merenrantaa pitkin keskustaan. Korkeuseroa jonkun verran. Itse kaupunki on todella viehättävä. Keskustassa on lukuisia ravintoloita ja pari uimarantaa. Ehdottomasti vierailun arvoinen paikka. "

Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be...
