One Night Stay

Staff were pleasant. We were a bit disappointed in the size of the room. We thought that with the hotel catering to skiers with all their equipment that the rooms would have been bigger.

Joli petit hôtel bien placé à deux pas du télécabine et au cœur du village !!! Un bel espace piscine hammam et jaccuzi Petit certes mais agréable !!! Par contre un petit bémol pour le garage très très difficile d’accès pour une grosse voiture Prise électrique mais dommage de tant de difficulté à y accéder !!!! Impossible aussi d’y rester le dernier jour alors que le parking est vide …c’est pas sympas !!!

A notre arrivée nous apprenons que les 2 chambres ne sont pas côte à côte et qu’il n’y a pas de disponibilité au parking. Restaurant fermé. Dans les chambres, des bêtes qui grattent dans le bois…. Maigre consolation, très bon petit déjeuner copieux et proximité des remontées. SPA et piscine agréables. En résumé, je ne recommande pas compte tenu du prix.

Bien .

Pour l’instant le mieux dans la station, oú je viens pour la 3 eme fois: Enfin un wifi qui marche vraiment, sans interruption et vite en station ! une chambre lumineuse (au sud) et salle de bain moderne et confortable, un petit dej en salle ou room service copieux et suffisant. Un parking qui vaut de l’or mais indispensable ( si on ne sort pas sa voiture trop souvent car etroit). Un personnel adorable. Et tout a proximité en 5 min (restos , commerces, accès télécabine au pistes, locatiers ski.) Cerise sur le gateau petite piscine et jacousi a dispo …. En partage avec les autres vacanciers … dans la bonne humeur . Si je devais revenir , je demanderai une chambre en étage plus haut ( au premier bruit de la rue la nuit … un peu trop festive et pas de vue montagne). Et m’assurerai que le resto est ouvert ! Nous reviendrons.

The design of the hotel, the rooms and the spa is amazing. We just thought that the personal was not super welcoming. When we came with questions to the front desk they were answered but we felt like we were bothering the receptionist.

A la hauteur des attentes et des promesses

Hôtel moderne et confortable, en plein centre de Font-Romeu. La chambre supérieure est d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix, avec une belle vue sur les massifs, une excellente literie et des équipements modernes. Le spa, comprenant piscine, sauna et jacuzzi est très agréable. La restauration en chambre de qualité. Les règles sanitaires sont, dans l'ensemble, bien respectées et le personnel est gentil et serviable.

Comfortable place to relax

First time in Font Romeu and this was a lovely place to relax. Ideally placed in the centre of the town it was easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Not everything was open due to it being between the seasons and with Covid 19 on top of that.

The hotel could not be better situated in the town. The room was a very small double but quiet. We only watched the news on the television and the remote control was not working fully, so I used the control at the side of the TV. Breakfast was fine and we didn't try the restaurant in the evening. My wife likes the sauna and open-air Jacuzzi looking over the valley and mountains. Remember to book a parking place in the hotel as spaces are limited; we forgot and parked in the public multi-storey park opposite the entrance to the main gondola lift. It is Euros 4.50 per night.

We had a Fantastic stay for 2 nights in this hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Service was exceptional. First time in Font Romeu where both my children were taught how to ski and snowboard. Not so easy for a couple of fair-weather California kids!! The additional reasonable cost for breakfast was well worth it. The spa on the 6th floor terrace was such a nice treat in the midst of winter sitting in a hot spa watching snow fall. FANTASTIC!
