"This hotel far excitedly all my hopes & expectations. Spotless cleanliness, delicious restaurant, amazing staff. I only wish I could give this hotel 6 stars instead of the maximum allowed 5. I highly recommend this establishment!"

"Terribly bad property. Not as shown in the image .. cockroaches everywhere in the room … very dirty bedsheet, unusable bathroom … no water pressure in the bathroom. I do not recommend this property at all. "

"Have stayed here several times. Staff always friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is very copious with lots of choices. Convenient to Natural History Museum. "

"Excellent location, reasonable breakfast selection, excellent room service. However, decor of bedroom was lack lustre and dated, nothing like in the website pictures and the breakfast room a dingy blue windowless room at the back full of worn chunky old chairs. Having said that it was a reasonably comfortable stay after we had the old grey bed linen changed to (near) white!"
