booked the rooms two months advance very very bad experience. I will not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel. Very first not good welcome then he gave very nasty room when I entered smelling so bad then I went back Mr summit Kumar to complain and he says no I don’t smell I insist then he gave room it was okay no good. I booked 2 months advance went with my brother he gave room them very nice bathtub room I booked the rooms but he gave me bad room,I was very disappointed ☹️

Staff was unable to understand guest request and statements often. Due to inadequate bathroom in the first assignment, we had to move to another room with better bathroom. At 11 pm, no one was at the reception desk and no response by dialing #9, reception desk extension. Also front door was LOCKED (on 24 Jan)! Actually no hotel staf was located anywhere. Very dangerous practice.

The man at the front door was very welcoming. However the door to the room would barely shut, and there was only a swing lock to keep out intruders. The bed linen had visible stains. The bathroom was like a sauna and the toilet was discolored. The “terrace” was like two feet deep. The hallway on my floor seemed like it was under construction, and random people were coming and going. None of the plugs in the room worked except for one. I ended up leaving my key at the front desk and leaving. Ended up at the Hyatt.
