"The rooms were not ready with toiletries when we got to the rooms. We had to ask for toilet paper and have the rooms dusted. Positive note: the pool was very good and clean and the dining area was clean. "

"The porch or balcony is very dusty and dirty including the table and chairs. The bath tub is very high and very dangerous once you get out of the bathtub. Standing water around the bathtub, no drainage. There’s only one electrical outlet which was utilized by the small refrigerator and tv. There’s no electrical outlet to charge your cell phone or electronic gadgets inside the room. No electrical outlet in the bathroom neither. One bed has no headboard. "This property should not be listed in Expedia nor other booking platforms. We made a booking on behalf of my brother thinking that it's at Pico and the property would be nice. They were upgraded to a two bedroom, but was of a downgrade. Cleanliness and providing basic essentials are part of being a host. NOT this one. Anyhow, they've checked out the next day. "
