"Fantastic stay with a beautiful view over Lake Como. Quiet town that is very tranquil. One thing to be aware of is that not all ferries stop here so make sure you check time tables however the hosts were happy to help and highlight activities and times for ferries and busses. Would have loved to stay longer however it was booked out. "

"Very pleased we chose this hotel. All staff were very polite and efficient. Could not find fault with the room or service and the free tea,coffee,cake, croissants in reception was very nice although personally I missed having a kettle in the room. Food availablity and quality good at the adjacent restaurant. "

"Clean and nice to have window overlooking lake. No bar for relaxing in hotel. Staff very accommodating. Weather turned to rain for couple of days and so it would have been nice to have comfortable chairs to relax in the room or a lounge that offered refreshments. "Pros: I had a very good stay in the hotel. Very clean thanks to the cleaning ladies they organized everything in the room like a 5 star hotel everyday. The breakfast was very good. Lawrence in the breakfast area gave guests very good customer service. The hotel located very close to the ferry and bus station. Cons: the only thing that made me disappointed was the poor wifi connection, I literally could connect to the wifi for about 10 mins daily and get disconnected after. I shared this problem...

"The location is right across from the ferry stop. Hiking trails and lots of steps to explore in the hills above the town. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the restaurant and a full breakfast. Highly recommend!"
