"The hotelโs location is excellent, right next to Loch Long, which makes for a great setting whether youโre there for work or leisure. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room and bathroom were both very clean, which I really appreciated after long days. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and could benefit from some modernisation, but everything was functional and comfortable. Despite the older feel, Iโd happily stay again thanks to the location, cleanliness, and solid service."

"Staff were amazing and very friendly. The Indian meal we had was huge and as good as any restaurant . The building is old and needs a total upgrade. If you a want new shiny hotel, go somewhere else. This is a bargain and in a good location."

"Lovely clean room with super comfy bed and balcony overlooking Loch Lomond. Tea and coffee provided but some green tea and decaf coffee would have been nice! Food in restaurant was excellent and good value for money. Breakfast also very nice. Our second visit. Staff all great."

"Staff extremely pleasant and very helpful. Nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner on Friday night. Loved the very thick large beautiful towels. Parking was no problem. Very easy access to ferry to. Gourock Will certainly stay again."

"Loved our stay here. We brought the dog along too. Room was spotless and the rest of the hotel. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond with things such as advising about the local area, providing fresh food at the breakfast buffet, an iron and board when needed and even remembering our dogs name! The other residents were also delightful. The place was packed at breakfast in the morning and staffing levels easily covered the needs of all the residents. Breakfast was great thank you! We felt so welcome. We will be back."
