"The Rampant horse Had an absolutely fantastic 2 nights stay, staff brilliant the room was excellent and served all our needs. The locals were a lively bunch, and they came in all ages,and made us feel welcome from as soon as we arrived. The Pub was busy especially on Saturday night, as closing time is 2am,if your looking for a quiet weekend away then this aint the pub for you. If your looking for a good time in Fakenham this is your ideal base especially if your a sports fan,with ample car...

"The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences."

"We stayed at this atmospheric pub while visiting Blickling Hall, which is literally opposite. Fantastic location, comfortable room and excellent food. Very friendly staff. Would definitely go again. "

"Lovely setting and the property is now under new management so there's a "younger"feel to the property. Restaurant and food very good. Breakfast good but an option of a "continental " style breakfast would be nice for those guests who prefer something lighter. Bikes were locked in safe place. "
