"Staffs were friendly. Overall nice bed and room. The non-slip rubber bath tub mat was dirty. If you shoot water at it, the dirt will come off. Water does not dry up well in the bath room."

"The staff were very friendly and smiling throughout the registration and also during check out. While the exterior of the hotel looks a little jaded and tired( a fresh coat of paint will definitely help), the room was clean and tidy and it looked freshly renovated.( i was looking at the tiles' grout lines and sealant joints for the fittings and fixtures. They were spotlessly clean) The basement carpark is brightly lit( i arrived at night), esp around the lift lobby. Although there were some darker corners and I didnt get to see any security camera, I saw a guard sitting outside the exit point when i was departing. Overall, i feel safe parking the vehicle under the hotel. "
