"The room is literally just bed, i asked the front desk what’s the amenities in the hotel and she said it’s just a room and the picture of Nipa hut in the internet was all the way to the back it’s hard to find. We end up going to look somewhere so we can eat and have fun "

"-Pool is dirty, we decided not to swim. -There's no WiFi connection. -There's no breakfast for free even if you booked a family deluxe room online. -There's no officer in charge during Sundays so you can't speak with anybody who has much experience in management. Overall, I didn't get what I paid for. Totally dissatisfied. "

And the housekeepers are also so loud. Its so disturbing. One more thing is at the dining area where staff are so bagal. I think only one regular employee is assisting the guests. They rely mostly on I think immersion students/OJTs who are...
