"I stayed here for 5 nights in early September as a solo female traveler- I felt completed safe, comfortable, and simply happy at this beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. The grounds are extremely well-kept (pool area, lobby, rooms, hallways, etc). The staff were beyond welcoming every time you saw them, and they were always ready with a smile to help with any requests. You can tell this is a well-trained staff in hospitality! "Kuta town house appartments currently constructing a new building, but let that stop you from going here. Breakfast is adequate, eggs cooked to order. Main thing that make hotel enjoyable is the staff they are amazing, always greeting you when coming or going via reception. Pools are clean and there are four of them, each with different amounts of sun on them. Will stay here again."
