"Iv never stayed in such an unkept hotel, the mould in the room was so bad I asked to move, which was alittle better, I was so upset I didn’t want to be there, I stayed up most of the night looking for another hotel, we ended up staying for breakfast which was just so horrible, didn’t even finish it , I asked for a refund this is still in despute. "I stayed here for 5 nights in early September as a solo female traveler- I felt completed safe, comfortable, and simply happy at this beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. The grounds are extremely well-kept (pool area, lobby, rooms, hallways, etc). "Really enjoy my stay at Luminor. The room is clean, yummy food with variety of choices. Staffs are so helpful and friendly as I had to check in really late and they were waiting for me and my friend pass midnight. Will definitely choose Luminor hotel again for budget hotel."
