"I had a very positive experience during my four-day, three-night stay. The hotel offers great value with its affordable pricing, and my room was clean and well-maintained. The entire staff was consistently friendly and eager to assist. Every time I returned, the security guard would kindly open the door. When I asked for attraction recommendations and help booking local tours, the staff were proactive and patient. A particular highlight was their assistance with phone calls, as I didn't have a local Philippine number. The location is excellent, just a short distance from SM City. Furthermore, the room layout and bathroom matched the online photos perfectly, which I really appreciated. "
