"Very nice staff"

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffet style unless there are too few guests in which case you get menus. It's old fashioned style hotel and it does show its age in the rooms. Rooms are generally clean although the carpet could use a good cleaning. I'm trying not to be too critical. The hotel is in a perfect location near the beach and the Lotte Mart supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away. I would stay here again."

"I was very disappointed on the check in day. First time I met an unfriendly and rude attitude reception, Hưng. The room was booked with a garden view. But it didn’t have any view which was different in the web photo. I complaining about it. Hung said that is the name of the room. Later I found out, it was the worst room of the first floor.
