"This place was awful. It was 25 minutes to Avignon and there is nothing in the area, not to see, not to eat, not to shop, It is run down. There were cigarette stains on the carpet. The socket cover was coming off the wall. The remote control needed batteries. The staff were not at all helpful. There was not one English tv channel. "

"Nice hotel! Clean, nice pool, friendly staff, parking looks like safe and protected. But definitely doesn’t suit for those who want to spend a lot of time in the city center. And the breakfast at 9 o’clock was not very good as the most of food already finished :/"

"Very very well located in the old city, quite close to the train/bus stations, but also a quick walk to the main squares and the Papal Palace. Staff was friendly, buffet breakfast was sufficient, and was an unexpectedly large and comfortable room. Would stay here again for sure."

"The front desk clerk who greeted us (Sorry I can't remember her name) was amazing and pleasant. Very helpful. When you return to the hotel, if after 10 p.m. , you must enter a code to gain entry. We did not realize this and rang the bell. The lady who came to let us in seemed quite perturbed that we had bothered her. Great location and great hotel, just don't disturb the night manager!!"

"Needed a few minutes to get to the town centre on foot. Limited eating options in the immediate area. Cleaning staff did not follow the rule about not replacing towels unless requested. Overall - a good stay in a beautiful purpose built hotel with efficient and helpful staff. "

"This is a very basic hotel. It was clean but feels old. The surroundings feel unsafe. It is very difficult to access the main door. You have to get into a street elevator to get into the second floor. There is lots of construction now and it may get better when the construction is finished. The staff was helpful and fun to talk to in our limited French. "

Yes, the room was small, but when I travel I don't really expect to spend all that much time besides sleeping in my room. It is meant as a small, affordable hotel and not a luxury hotel and it far exceeds this goal. I highly recommend it."

"As the others mentioned, it's a motel, not a hotel...not that clean for the money we paid, i had to swap our beds with my kids one for safety reasons, there's ladder to climb up to the to top bed which is entirely not safe, also was too small for my boys. Over all outside the property looks nicer than inside."
