"I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say. Food excellent at the buffet. The night activities poor practically all done by the staff did not like it needs good intertainment had to go to the room early not good. Tha magical show very good and the live music also good. We had enough of the staff...

"The property was having building work carried out while we were staying as it was low season . We were offered an upgrad to a sea view room which was a beautiful view but we still had to pay the upgrade charge . You would have thought this would have been complimentary due to the room being free anyway and to compensate for the building work ."

Living in Spain for the past ten years we were familiar with Roquetas de Mar and wanted to stay somewhere tranquil, away from the tourist hotels, these apartments suited our needs. and with a small pool in the complex seemed Ideal. "Great Apt, clean, beautiful view over the golf course and mountains/sea beyond, very quiet so slept unusually well (it was late April and quiet in the resort), indoor pool to ourselves & lovely swim, super 3 course meal (3 choices for each course) & fab breakfast buffet plus lovely staff. Never felt so relaxed in a hotel, but maybe got lucky with it being a quiet month. "

"The furnishings are a bit dated but overall the apartments are big and comfortable with a good balcony. The swimming pool is the best we have ever experienced catering for children and adults. It is huge and is thoroughly cleaned every day before opening including all the sunbeds being hosed down . Roquetas does suffer from high winds when the sea is not good for swimming so to have this wonderful pool is a bonus."
