"Excellent staff, very friendly & helpful. Room is basic but clean in a traditional Moroccan style. 20 mins walk to the beach or Taxi (20 Mad) There is a bar in the hotel you can take away to your room or solarium upstairs. Great little coffee bar across the road & a few restaurants just outside. Would definitely recommend as a base, if out daily exploring."

The atmosphere and the way everything looks is amazing, I loved that about the hotel, honestly very nice, the Spa, Hammam and massage was fantastic I would love to do again. I didnt really eat at the hotel because it is very overpriced, an Omelette there is like 16€ when you can go to a cafe...

"The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. "The property is quaint and clean, as it is a newer facility. The staff is young and eager, so I tipped everyone GENEROUSLY. While they are listed on Expedia, they do not accept payment through Expedia and do not honor the prices. Check-in was eventful, as they insisted they did not receive payment via Expedia. I paid AGAIN and worked with Expedia for a refund. The hotel did not honor that I paid for the breakfast option, calling me at 1:30 am to advise I did not have that option. The stay was...
