"The room was upgraded to a gorgeous suite! Staff was wonderful and eager to please. We loved the lounge but wished there was more control over rowdy and noisy children who were highly disruptive. We’re staying at a Hyatt in Taipei now and there are frequent signs which prohibit children running, screaming or playing. "

"Spacious room that is clean and modern. Toilet still maintains the old school granite top, but nonetheless clean. Offered 2 pcs of bread/pastry every evening for guests, while stock last. A nice gesture by hotel. Great that it located across Tainan train station, jus a few mins by foot."

"Room was comfortable, loved the pour over coffee and Breakfast buffet had good selection. 8th floor was devoted to game room, free laundry - just buy detergent. There was also a nice library space "
