"Very small rooms but not cramped. The room was spotless, free slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and disposable towel. Showers and toilets are cleaned between each use. Hotel entrance was a little hard to find but I found it in a couple of minutes. Metro station Changshu (lines 1 and 7) is pretty much across the street. "Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. Please be resposible and return the payment I made to you."
