"The overall experience was memorable and worthwhile. I like the closeness to nature and the overall serenity. The staff were responsive and friendly. The concierge in particular was very helpful. The only challenge was the kitchen staff. We ordered room service for dinner. It was very delayed. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge. Refills of meals for the breakfast buffet was very slow. "

"I personally found the room to be extremely small and tight, however I realize that I have American standards of comfort and might be biased. However, it was nice for an evening stay. "Everywhere within the hotel are spotless clean. The room is superb. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. Also, this hotel is located within a secured estate and I felt safe throughout my stay. Breakfast not too bad. Other meals are not too encouraging. Lots of improvements needed with the meals."
