I only stayed for a few hours as I was flying through, but it was a clean room and the staff were friendly. Very convenient location only minutes from the airport. Very simple room with minimal amenities that you would expect for the low price. I would stay again if flying through.

Okay First of all I would like to say this hotel has so much potential. Cleanliness was very good, there was an issue with the AC but staff did provide a fan an we were moved the very next morning to a new room that was clean with AC working perfectly. Breakfast arrived hot every morning and room service and laundry service was awesome. My only complaint is our water was constantly cut off and we had to call the front desk several times to get water again. If this hotel addresses that issue I would give it 5 stars

Loved the staff but the place is outdated. Only 2 tv channels. Liked the pool area. I dont like onions and the lady was so nice to make me rice every day. The A/C barely worked i was so hot all night. But all in all i enjoyed my stay.

When I arrived the staff were rude and unhelpful and there were maintenance issues when I mentioned them the staff were unhelpful and rude. It was that bad a stay I cancelled the further booking I had at this hotel.

Very Disappointing Experience This was my first time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. First, the room I received was not the room I saw online or the room I paid for when making my reservation. The room provided was completely different from what was advertised and what I expected based on my booking. Second, the room was not properly cleaned. The washroom was particularly dirty, including the walls. The condition was so poor that I had to ask for a mop and clean the washroom myself. The area under the bed was also extremely dirty. One of my belongings fell under the bed, and when I went to retrieve it, I was shocked by how dirty it was underneath. It clearly had not been cleaned properly. There were also cobwebs around the windows, which made it obvious that the overall housekeeping was poor. Another issue was the breakfast. After 9 a.m., I was told that there was no breakfast available for me because I did not come out exactly at 7 a.m. I understand that breakfast may have specific hours, but this was not communicated to me in a way that I found reasonable or customer-friendly. Overall, I was very disappointed, especially because the room did not match what I paid for and the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the housekeeping and customer service.
