"Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different."

"This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. "

"From service to facilities, it was a terrible experience. The staff is incompetent and unhelpful. The check-in process was frustrating, it seems they didn‘t have our booking in the system for 2 rooms. The rooms were still being cleaned even though we arrived in the evening. The water in the shower didn‘t run. The AC didn‘t work. The doors didn‘t close. The curtains on the bed smelled. The wifi barely worked. "Larantaka Beach Apartments are a lovely place to stay, the owners are very helpful and understanding. It is "off the tourist" trail so you will be living the way the locals do. The owners can organize diving for you as there is coral reefs offshore. There are not many place to eat around the town, but food can be delivered. Overall we had a great time. "

"Fantastic place to stay with lovely people. Ihsan and Sim were super helpful and great to hang out with. The place cooks incredible food and has a restaurant on site to chill in and meet others. They helped us sort a boat trip to the 17 islands and a taxi on to our next place. I miss the pup Alor already! It was also great that they have students studying tourism working here to help them develop their English and customer skills. A 10/10 place! "
