"The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule). The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold. Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good."

"Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1. "No one assists us on the property which is understandable because it was holy week. We also thought that its not safe because no caretaker on the property but overall it was a good stay. It is near the highway and convenient to all resto and store."

"The only good about this hotel is the location coz it's at the beach front. Everything else is not worth staying. Commonal bathroom and shower that ate very small, the room is literally just a cubicle with no other amenities except aircon and with the price of almost $100 per night, you'll get a far better experience at Hilton!!!!"

"I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room. I don’t know why they call it a deluxe room because there’s nothing luxurious in that room. The room had a musty odor and the bedsheets were damp.
