"Staff are super friendly and have amazing knowledge of the local area. The harbour is one of my favourite locations in the world and the Ship Inn harbour view room let me look at it all night. "
"We stayed in room 228. Room itself was great but the hot water in bathroom was so hot it scalded my partners hands. A warning sticker may be a good idea to warn guests of this.
We also bought two single spirits with mixer and bill came to £19.70 which is very expensive even by hotel prices. "

"We were at a wedding at another hotel so it was a late check in the night staff were absolutely brilliant couldn’t help us anymore

"Check in was effortless with a nice chat with the receptionist. I had upgraded my room for this visit and it was really comfortable with a large bed and a coffee machine, but other than this the standard room I usually have is very good.
As ever I used the gym and the pool which are both really good for a hotel. Only problem was, as it's the school holidays the kids were enjoying themselves in the usually tranquil pool,lol. There is an adult only period in the pool from 7pm. Food and service in the restaurant was as good as ever. The hotel also has good size carpark which is charged for but not a big cost. This really is an ideal base for visiting Aberdeen. "
