"Very nice hotel that was convenient to area attractions."

"We reserved 3 rooms for a family gathering. The staff for filled our needs by giving us 2 connecting rooms, and the 3rd was right next door. I was a little unsure about being on the 4th floor considering we had some small children with us. However, even when they jumped, no sound could be heard any where. When they played, you couldn't hear it through the walls. The only thing i would say needed help on is the choices on breakfast. There is a lot of bread, and cereal. So, if your diabetic you...

"I would happily stay here again! Alex, the owner, served breakfast each day and chats with people. Leroy, the manager, is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You couldn’t pick a better location in Williamsburg to be close to W&M or Colonial Williamsburg. Parking is behind the building and it was easy to get in and out. The area is quiet at night and very safe. I had high expectations when I booked my stay here and they were exceeded! Everything you’d expect and want from a B&B."

"It was such a beautiful area and beautiful hotel. The shower was a bit odd and there was no fan in the bathroom. The room was awfully dark. I felt $400 a night was a bit steep but it was location location location and the pool was gorgeous, just wow. We had a wonderful time. "

"Awesome place second time this year had the whole family 16 of us. Pools are great playground and the putt putt were we spent most of our time. Just minutes away from water country. We caught a lot fish too Need better parking and taller kitchen trash can. Parking definitely needs to be reviewed. "

"The grounds and views are beautiful.. Was disappointed that only one restaurant was open during our stay so we had to find other options off site. First room had issues with bathroom and items not working but was able to move to another room the following day.Bartender in club house was wonderful.."

"The rooms are well sound proofed. They are clean and have AC units. However, since the building as a whole is not air conditioned, it is hard for the room units to truly cool the rooms well. The staff were all friendly and professional."

"The room was clean and modern and the bathroom was large. The pool area was very clean and lovely. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to an emergency back home and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will recommend this hotel to others and will stay again if we have the opportunity to come back to this area. Thank you! (Only recommendation: Include breakfast!)"
