"This is the first European hotel I've stayed at in 30 years. Like pretty much all European hotels it's tiny. The toilet even more so. That being said, I loved it. Uneven spiral staircase, lift that only holds 2 people. It's so nice not being in a cookie cutter Hilton or other chain. We had a great breakfast and the proprieter served us home made marmalade. "Fantastic location for a visit to Versailles or even Paris itself. Very short walk to the palace and gardens, and to the station with regular cheap, quick trains into Paris. Lovely character hotel, room was comfy, bed is large making room quite snug. Very clean, good shower. Plenty of excellent restaurants at the end of the street for morning cafe ☕️, lunch or dinner. Le Limousin is especially good. Would definitely stay again on next visit to Paris."

"We came back a 2nd time as we love this hotel. Location amazing for the palace and for all the restaurants and bars. Lovely staff, really gorgeous communal areas, fridge, coffee machine and fresh water in the room appreciated. Parking is available in the building but its very tight (25€). Recommend the Petite Bullion restaurant at the end of the street. Also search for the Monoprix, its a 9 min walk and you can get everything you need there. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Danes des Arts. The location is very walkable to many of the major attractions in Paris. The hotel itself is very clean and updated. The rooftop bar has amazing views, would highly recommend a visit at sunset! The only negative was parking is terrible in this area, but that is true in most of Paris."
