"It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on. There was no padding on the springs. I could feel the springs. No official wifi in the hotel, but manager allowed me to access the office wifi. I would not recommend this hotel. There must be better hotels for the price."

We were first time travelers to Japan with very little Japanese comprehension and the staff were able to communicate well in English.
