It was not clear at all how to get to the hotel. Cable car? This hotel is actually in the mid hills and you do not need a cable car to get here. You can arrive by bus to the GPO (shops) near the hotel. Then you can either use hotel shuttle bus or use a Grab. The shuttle runs every hour. Leaves the hotel on the hour and from the GPO...

"This was the worse experience i have had in using Hotel.com Reservation. Hotel.com should take this out from the system. I was easily cancel my booking by the manager of the place. I was forced to look other hotel for stay. Not my mistake. This EBM truly bad. Our booking success 3 days before check-in. When arrive at the property, no apartment for me and my family.
