"the service staff Sarbina is very friendly and have a good memory of customer habit. she in charge of the level i stay in. early morning she will clean the room and put a trash bag as i ask her on mine first day of stay. she will auto put 1 bag after cleaning the room. will go back to this hotel if i visit Hong Kong again."

"The service is excellent. All the staffs there are very helpful and they really go out of their way making sure that we get what we want. This hotel is located at the Victoria Habor that make it a plus for my stayed, except they don't have a lot of choices about the restaurants. It's a little inconvenient for foods lover like me, but to make up for that i got the best view of the Harbor and all the shoppings are near by. I will definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staffs, especially to the hotel managers who really tried to make sure our stayed are comfortable and relaxing vacation while we are in Hongkong. "
