the quality of the Apartment great and staff was very helpful/friendly. But the location is abit far from the train station, you can easily take a taxi from Ueno station which is about 500-700yen only. you can easily buy food/drink at 7-11 and Lawson nearby. For such budget, i will suggest to stay in this Apartment!

Property was clean. Location wasnt that great but that was expected. Property size is not that great. Its basically a renovated studio room typical of what you find in tokyo. I have stayed in a few of these types of units so imho the renovation is nicely done and everything is functional and the fixtures are good. My main issue i have is that the room appears bigger in the ad than it actually is considering the price they are advertising. The room may only be slightly larger than your typical hotel room. Other than this apartment was comfortable and i did enjoy my stay and check in and out was easy

Good for family that goes with the group of 4-5 persons with quite a bigger space than other properties. Staffs can speak English and good manner. Convenient system with no hassles of taking card or check out without facing to the staffs during non-operating hours. Everything is on the code. However, the location is quite far from public transportation around 650m walking distance and if you have senior family members, then it would be quite difficult for them.

We stayed as a family of 5. Great location, close to main subway line and plenty of places nearby to eat. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were very helpful and kind, we would definitely stay there again.
